Two little girls pepper their father with questions about whether or not they can be a profession and still be a princess. Motivated by her granddaughter’s fascination with all things ‘princess,’ Carole P. Roman penned this adorable poem celebrating all the wonderful possibilities waiting ahead for them.
This is the second picture book I’ve gotten to read by this author and have to say this one was as delightful as the other one. Like Rocket-Bye, it’s also beautifully illustrated by Mateya Arkova.
It’s the perfect book for little girls to learn all about the career options that will be available to them when they grow up. It also has the central message that you can be whatever dream, whatever your heart desires, and yes, you can do any job even be a firefighter and still be a princess.
This picture book is the perfect bedtime story for your own little princess.
